I run regular weekly yoga classes at my Ealing home-based studio. Classes are suitable for all levels from beginners right through to advanced yogis. All classes are £10.50 and, as my classes have no more than 10 yogis, I am able to give each person an individual and beneficial experience. Come and find out what a friendly and supportive environment can do for you.

Please give 24 hours notice when having to cancel a class. With 24 hours or more I will automatically move your booking to your preferred date.

What To Bring

I have everything you need for a class. You can change, shower, sweeten feet and, of course, I have mats and blocks and belts and bolsters and anything else to aid your practice.

Getting Here & Parking

The address is in The Grove, Ealing, London, W5 5LL. I send a map with the address to all new attendees when I get their first booking. Please don't use Google Maps. It takes you to the wrong corner a block away.

Parking in the street is lifted at 7.30pm. If you're coming by car any earlier you could use the shopping centre car park.

Ashtanga and Stretchy Yoga Classes

Classes on Monday and Tuesday are for people who like a proper stretch. Runners like these classes! You leave feeling taller and ironed out. Classes on Wednesday and Thursday are Ashtanga-based classes. They are more of a work out.  If you're not familiar with Ashtanga you're very welcome. You will quickly get used to the postures and build up your strength and stamina.

Some of our feedback

Tania’s class has been a cherished part of our weekly routine for about a year now. This has brought about increased flexibility and focus, in yoga and in life in general. What a privilege to have such a skilful teacher. Her patience, work ethic and playful humour provide constant inspiration!

My absolute favourite hour of the week! Tania is an amazing teacher and I can now do many things I never thought possible. Love, love my yoga lessons with Tania!

We left feeling radiant and calm. We may have to come a long way, but I doubt we would find another teacher like you. You combine a natural instinct with a deep knowledge of yoga. I always try to put your principles into practice, as well as your instructions on technique.

I think we should try to surround ourselves with people with the right energy so we can bask in each others’ glow. Your home studio definitely glows and I bet it is almost alight when you have a group class.

“Vinyasa” means breath-synchronised movement. “Vinyasa Yoga” or “Vinyasa Flow” means moving through a series of postures with constant, deep and powerful inhaling and exhaling. This style uses the movements of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) so smoothly lead in and out of postures, dancing with the flow of the breath.
