We need 10 people to cover costs and to qualify for an Aegean Air group booking

Retreat Details
Hotel/Venue: Porto Delfino - Spa hotel with Hammam steam room and treatment rooms
Deposit: £300 (non-refundable)
Included: airport transfers, accommodation with breakfast and dinner, a Milopotomos herb walk and workshop, a visit to an oil factory and oil tasting, all classes.
Not Included: Flights, hotel costs in Athens, travel insurance, daily lunch, optional car or motorbike hire, taxi fares.

Our hotel will also be our yoga venue. Porto Delfino (www.portodelfino.gr) is a spa hotel with a Hammam steam room, treatment rooms, and an infinity pool.
We will have our yoga practice in the shala or on the balcony surrounded by hillside and forest, the Chora castle to our right and the chapel of Agios Ioannis on-the-rock behind us.
The morning sunrise arrives for our salutations to the sun. The evening stars start to peep for our evening stretch and meditation.
All rooms have a view of the bay and Aphrodite’s rock. Porto Delfino is a hotel, not self-catering. A buffet breakfast is provided till 10.00am. Our evening meal is vegetarian or vegan.
It has a wonderful restaurant balcony with stunning views of the bay.
Kapsali bay has tavernas and cafes for lunches and coffees.
