For the first time Deborah Smith, International Positive Psychologist and Mindfulness Expert joined forces with Tania Shillam, Yoga Teacher, on this unique and truly complete well-being retreat for the Mind, Body and Spirit.

The 3-night weekend had happiness and mindfulness workshops, meditation and yoga sessions for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Held in the beautiful environment of the Sharpham Trust and housed in an 18th Century Palladian Villa set on a 550 acre estate on the River Dart in South Devon, the weekend covered all aspects of well-being. Phenomenal vegetarian and vegan food and water from the natural spring.

About Us

Deborah, Positive Psychologist and Mindfulness Expert

Deborah has been a practising psychologist and mindfulness teacher for over 25 years and has an MSc in Positive Psychology. She has given workshops and lectures for individuals within groups, schools, universities and businesses both across the UK and internationally.

Tania, Yoga Teacher (Me)

Tania qualified with Shakti Power Yoga in 2011. She teaches yoga as a meditation with movement with an emphasis on watching and moving with the breath. Her teachers include Manju Jois and David Swenson and Kino MacGregor.
